Charles Coquet L'Elegant Grand Cru

Fragrant notes here of jasmine, white tea and balsamic with salted lemons and five spice underneath. Bright and crisp, with a medium body, vibrant acidity and tight bubbles. Subtly spicy and nicely persistent. 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay. 2018 base wine with reserve wine from 2013 and 2017. Disgorged December 2022. 6g/L dosage. Drink now.
