Champagne Virginie T 'VT 8 Ans'

The wine is made from 70% Chardonnay, aged in part in Austrian Stockinger barrels: fine-grained, gently toasted wood that structures without dominating. The rest is vinified in stainless steel, to preserve the aromatic purity. The result: a buttery, delicately oxidative structure, underlined by aromas of walnuts, roasted pear, dried flower and blond spices.
