Champagne Pannier Egerie Rose de Saignee Brut

Made using Pinot Noir skins to color the wine, rather than the more usual Champagne trick of adding red wine, this is a well judged, ripe wine. With its red fruits and light tannins it still tastes young. Acidity and a balanced dosage make for a wine that will be better from 2017.
