Cattier 1er Cru Brut Clos du Moulin Rosé

Pretty bronze color with aromas of flint, violets, nutmeg, nuts and wet earth. Strawberries and some iodine. Smoke and ash. Medium-bodied with more of a red-wine character, it's solid and long but still needs time to open. From a walled vineyard of 2.2 hectares. A multivintage blend of 2008, 2009 and 2013. 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay. Dosage 6 g/L. Disgorged September 2021. Drink or hold. Only 3,200 bottles made.
