Dense, layered and fruity with bread dough, pears, lemons and green apples. Full-bodied with a creamy texture. Better paired with food than served as an aperitif. A multivintage blend from a single clos of 2.2 hectares. Six years on the lees. 52% pinot noir and 48% chardonnay. Dosage 6 g/L. Disgorged June 2023. Drink or hold. 6,887 bottles made.
