On the nose, refreshing ginger ale with a sprig of mint is joined by a hint of bacon in the background. The palate bursts with cola bottle candies with underlying layers of spice. A hint of char and Oak hides under un-ripe mango and pineapple. Tropical notes fade to reveal orchard fruits. Honeyed black tea lingers.
