It's consistent on the palate, but more complex, with roasted lemons, vanilla malt powder, milk chocolate, cinnamon candy, pie crust, and buttercream frosting. No deviation on the finish, which is pastry-rich and dessert-like, veering toward flan. Westport is a 'teaspooned' malt comprising mainly Glenmorangie with a bit of Glen Moray.
