A single cask, cask strength and un-chill filtered expression from Mannochmore Distillery, matured in an ex-Bourbon Barrel and bottled at 55.4% ABV. The aroma is full of autumn fruits and toasted grains over a dash of quince. The flavor profile is classic Speyside with apple and pear over a light lemon zest and notes of apricot and vanilla.
