The sweet, French Cadillac wine casks show off the distinct flavor intricacies of white wine, with more yellow fruits rather than the deep red fruity notes which red wine casks impart. The white wine casks bestow more floral notes and citrus, and bring a balance of the wine’s opulence contrasted with a charming freshness. Ripe peaches and nectarines, creamy toffee notes and hints of zesty orange peel balanced with delicate floral aromas. Soft lingering cinnamon spice on the end.
