2XO 'Gem of Kentucky' Single Barrel Bourbon - WA ONLY

The Gem of Kentucky is our premiere offering. It’s our single-barrel series, meaning these barrels are not blended before bottling. Dixon selects these barrels from his double-barreled stocks of the high rye bourbon mash bill (35% rye). These barrels spend an extended amount of time in new charred oak barrels before bottling. The char levels provide additional complexity, character, and flavor, which make each barrel unique. Each annual Gem of Kentucky release is limited and numbered on the front label of every bottle.
