2023 SoCo Ridge "Historic Zinfandel Vineyards"

A blend of Zinfandel 67%, Petite Sirah 15%, Carignane 15%, Mataro 2%, and Alicante Bouschet 1%, “Historic Zinfandel Vineyards” celebrates the first and only time two iconic Ridge vineyards - Lytton Springs and Geyserville - have been assembled. Both are historical vineyards sites, with some blocks dating back to the 19th century. The winery’s first Geyserville wine was made in 1966 and the first Lytton Springs came next in 1972. Throughout Ridge history, these two wines have held their own space. Never before, and never again, shall this combination be available to the public. When these two vineyards are blended, it creates a wine with tremendous depth and layers of flavor, showcasing the unique attributes of both historic sites. Only 10 cases produced!
