2022 Vincent Girardin Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 'Les Combettes'

The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Les Combettes 1er Cru is stricter on the nose than the Les Pucelles, but there is fine mineralité with touches of lemon sherbet and crushed stone. The well-balanced palate has plenty of tension and energy on the entry, linear in style, and is very focused with a persistent finish. One of the best white cuvées from Girardin this vintage.
