2022 Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses

The 2022 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru will be very seductive on the nose, discrete at first, unfurling with yellow plum, flint, touches of oyster shell and spice box. The palate is beautifully balanced with fine tannins, perfectly judged acidity, and hints of praline and orchard fruit. Completely harmonious with an irresistible finish, so much so that I cannot resist swallowing when I'm "on duty." Chablis firing on all cylinders - this is a long-term prospect.
