2022 Tua Rita Giusto di Notri

96 POINTS: The Giusto Dei Notri cuvée is named for San Giusto, the patron saint of Suvereto, and Notri is the street where the winery is located. Made from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the 2022 Giusto Dei Notri spent 18 months in French oak barrique. A youthful saturated red color, it has a fantastically detailed, fresh nose redcurrants, cedar, dusty earth, Mediterranean herbs, and fresh red flowers. Full-bodied, it has a refined and elegant structure, with well-defined tannins, even, ripe acidity, and a great finish that gently floats off the palate. It’s a very, very impressive, elegant wine in the range to drink over the coming 20 years.
