2022 Thibault Liger-Belair Gevrey-Chambertin En Creot

These vines were planted between 1950 and 1958 across 1.4 hectares to the northwest of the appellation in Brochon, in the continuation of the Gevrey valley. Its chalky soil gives this wine a beautiful freshness and great purity. It reveals a beautiful aromatic radiance on delicious notes of red fruits (cherry, morello cherry) which underlines a remarkably fine touch on the palate. Its position and unique climate give this wine a purity worthy of some premier crus of the appellation.
