2022 Thibault Liger-Belair Chambolle-Musigny

The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny Vieille Vignes mixes five different vineyards from various parts of the appellation and contains 50% whole bunches. It has a well-defined bouquet with raspberry and wild strawberry fruit. There's real concentration here, though it retains admirable delineation. The medium-bodied palate has fine tannins and graphite-tinged red fruit, leading to more dark fruit towards the finish. Fine structure and admirable length. This represents a step up from the previous vintage.
