2022 J. de Villebois Pouilly-Fumé 'Les Silex Blanc'

Grown on flint soil, this elegant wine has a layered nose of white peach, golden apple, honeysuckle perfume and lemon citrus. Slightly creamy in texture, the wine is imbued with a stony, mineral character and completes with a silky finish. This wine could be served by the glass and enjoyed by itself or paired with more complex dishes.
