2020 Pascal Thomas à Chavignol Sancerre

Pascal Thomas makes very traditional styles of Sancerre. In Chavignol, the smallest area, there is a much more continental climate – summers are hot, but short. Our Sancerre is an incredibly vivid, aromatic wine, with grassy gooseberry aromas and plenty of acidity. Harvest is hand-picked for a better selection and attention to the grapes.
