Its bouquet is a combination of hawthorn, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, amber, lemongrass and green apple. Lactic (butter, warm croissant) and mineral (flint) aromas are often found, as well as honey. Body and bouquet blend together in subtle harmony. The wine marries grace with a well defined character and remarkable concentration.
