2020 Domaine Brusset 'Tradition Le Grand Montmirail' Gigondas

91-93 Points: The 2019 Gigondas Tradition Le Grand Montmirail from this terrific estate is based on 70% Grenache and 10% each of Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Syrah, brought up 60% in tank and 40% in used barrels. It’s going to be a gem of a wine that has classic notes of kirsch and blueberry fruits, toasted spices, garrigue, and pepper. With medium to full body, a ripe, textured mouthfeel, and outstanding length, it’s going to drink well right out of the gate yet evolve for 10-12 years.
