2019 Château d'Yquem, 'Y' d'Yquem (1.5L Magnum)

An excellent Y with a round, ripe stone fruit flavour profile, extremely successful with silky-textured nectarine, apricot and mango fruits, given definition and lift by lime blossom and citrus peel. Around 6g/l residual sugar in this, to give a whisper of the main estate wine, although here with a majority of Sauvignon Blanc.
