2019 Abbona Gavi

The most iconic dry white wine from Piedmont. The colour is light-yellow, and the bouquet is full of fragrant notes: golden apple meets, chamomile flower and green almonds in the background add greater complexity. The taste is crisp and elegant, greatly mineral. Perfect to accompany the most delicate dishes, without overwhelming them but enhancing their qualities.
