The nose here is delicate, suggesting cut stones and a swathe of green herbs, but the palate of this deeply mineral, smoky Spätlese packs a bold punch. Juicy lime and green apple are concentrated and piercing, edged by salt and a reverberating flinty finish. At peak already but should hold well through 2024.
