2018 Adele and Elsa Matrot Bourgogne Chardonnay

The grapes for this Chardonnay are picked near the appellation of Meursault from vineyards averaging 30 years old. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts for 8-10 weeks in oak barrel and matures on the lees for 11 months. It is fruity and round and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to charcuterie, chicken, and grilled fish.
