2017 Vincent Girardin Savigny-Les-Beaune 1er Cru 'Les Serpentieres'

Lighter in color than the Peuillets. Ripe black currant nose, some prunes, too. Very round fruit, low tannins - very pinot noir. Lots of finesse; some cooked cherry. Easy to drink with an already elegant finish.
