2017 Spier 21 Gables Cabernet Sauvignon

Opening with a juicy frame of dark red fruit, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon 21 Gables gives up notes of red plum skin, blackberry essence, cherry skin, black raspberry, cinnamon and cardamom. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is rich and elegant with succulent tannins that have a juiciness about them, with soft herbal flavors under a bright, juicy frame. The long, lingering finish beckons me back for another sip. This bottling comes recommended and is worth the price.
