2017 PNV Shafer Cabernet Sunspot Vineyard

The 2017 "Sunspot Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a single vineyard block that, year after year, is the heart of our Hillside Select. The vines on the dry, rugged hillside produce small grapes, typically about the size of blueberries. This 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 32 months in 100 percent new French oak, 60-gallon Allier and Tronçais barrels.
