2017 Domdechant Werner Kirchenstück Riesling Erstes Gewächs "GG"

Delicate white peach and white floral aromas are juxtaposed by whiffs of smoke and struck flint in this opulent dry Riesling. It's luscious and creamy on the palate but balanced by a zesty hit of acidity and long strikes of steel and slate that reverberate on the finish. While enjoyable already, it should improve well through 2030.
