2016 Dr Thanisch Bernkasteler Doctor Riesling Spatlese

Still has some fermentation funk but was very recently bottled last week. Will slowly blow off. Lemony freshness at the long, very energetic finish. A long-term wine that needs until 2019 to begin showing its best.
