Due to its individual slatestone notes it is straight ahead and complex at the same time. Ripe tropical fruits, like mango, pineapple and papaya form the first impression. The sweetness is well balanced by a fine acidity and gives the wine a good mouthfeel. The Auslese is full bodied and creamy – have it with/as desert after a rich dinner.
