2016 Château Haut-Cadet

The 2016 Haut-Cadet has a well-defined bouquet of blackberry, raspberry, cedar and light pine cone aromas that gain intensity in the glass. The well-balanced palate is supple on the entry, offering sappy black fruit laced with graphite and cedar. The fresh, dense finish suggests that this will give a decade’s worth of drinking pleasure. Very fine.
