This fantastic vintage is a classic one, balanced, elegant and powerful at the same time, 2015 is drinking very well already and has lots of room to grow and develop with time. Pairs well with many dishes from earthy mushroom risotto, meats, and cheeses, and shines with wild meats, pecorino (sheep) cheese as well as hearty vegetarian dishes.
