2018 Abbona Barbera del Monferrato

Monferrato is a home for Barbera grape: thanks to the soft yet rich soil of this region, the wine shows great liveliness combined with a strong character. The colour is vivid red, on the nose we find notes of wild, juicy red fruits and the flavour reminds of toasted hazelnuts, pepper with hints of violet: easy to approach, Barbera del Monferrato is round and lively with a long aftertaste.
