2005 Noble Champagne Brut

Fragrant and generous nose of quince, spiced pears, baked apples, candied ginger and toasted almonds. Full of flavor, with caressing, soft bubbles. Fresh and gently spicy on a long finish. 70% Grand Cru chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs and 30% pinot noir from Verzenay. Drink or hold.
