2004 De Saint-Gall 'Orpale' Blanc de Blancs

Beautiful nose of pie crust, walnuts, figs, marmalade, sourdough toast, sea urchins and salted lemons. Silky and elegant, with an almost oily texture now. Very soft bubbles. Long and saline. Drinking beautifully.
