Fragrant notes of honey-drizzled pears, apricot preserves, grapefruit oil, and candied orange peel slowly grow on the nose, leading to touches of beeswax and mango pudding. The palate delivers intense dried citrus flavors with wonderful purity, offset by a racy backbone, finishing on a lingering honey-lemon note. The blend is 75% Semillon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc with 128 g/l residual sugar.
