1998 De Saint-Gall 'Orpale' Blanc de Blancs

Loads of sesame, dried lemon, walnut and candied apple on the nose, following through to a full body with round tannins and a flavorful finish. Some salted caramel and dried fruit at the end. Rich character for a blanc de blancs. Drink or hold.
