1987 Château d'Yquem 1.5L

94 POINTS: Pale to medium gold with a touch of amber in the color, the 1987 d'Yquem springs from the glass with spritely notes of preserved lemons, lime leaves, and candied orange peel plus hints of chamomile and ginger tea. The palate is elegantly styled and refreshing, with loads of citrus preserves layers and a very long zesty finish. Pierre says its like a crepe suzette, and he's right! The residual sugar is 101.8 g/l.
