1985 Y d'Yquem

The 1985 Y de Yquem has a very arresting nose. Green olives, brin and a slight Padron pepper aroma, slightly oxidative yet utterly compelling...The palate is well-defined with a strong flor-like aroma, unapologetically nutty, almost smoky on the finish. Very distinctive. Tasted at the château.
