It takes some swirling and coaxing before notes of praline, preserved lemons, apple butter, and dusty soil emerge from the glass, followed by hints of lime leaf and tobacco leaf. The full-bodied palate is racy and complex, laden with citrus and mineral layers, finishing on a lingering, lemon-laced, creme brulee note. The residual sugar is 108.4 g/l.
